대한민국의 고령화 사회 속에서 새로운 소비 주체로 떠오른 액티브 시니어를 위한 하이엔드 공동주거 단지를 제안한다. 여가·문화·커뮤니티가 결합된 차별화된 공간에서 여유로운 삶을 영위하고, 다양한 세대와의 교류를 통해 사회적 연결을 확장할 수 있는 새로운 주거 모델을 제시한다.
I propose a high-end co-housing complex for active seniors, who are emerging as a new consumer group in South Korea’s aging society. In this differentiated space that integrates leisure, culture, and community, residents can enjoy a fulfilling and enriched lifestyle. I aim to present a new residential model that expands social connections through intergenerational exchange.
